We encourage you to enjoy our cupcakes at their freshest, on the day of purchase. If you store the cupcakes correctly they will stay fresh for up to two days.

If you chose to store your cupcakes, we recommend putting them in an airtight container and leaving them in a cool place at room temperature. Please do not refrigerate our cupcakes.

For cakes, please refrigerate and take out 30 minutes prior to serving so the icing has time to soften. They will last a few days.

You'll receive an email the day before your delivery with a delivery window, and on the day itself, you can track your order in real-time. While we aim to deliver in the mornings or early afternoons, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like traffic and weather.

For important events, we recommend scheduling delivery the day before to ensure your treats arrive on time. While we always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
