You may view the contents on this site using a web browser soley for personal and non-commercial use.
You agree that use and access of this website is subject to our terms and applicable laws of Victoria, Australia.
The Cupcake Queens does not take any responsibility for any conditions in relation to this website that may produce viruses or cause any hardware or software damage. You assume the risk of use of this site and release The Cupcake Queens of any consequences.
Cupcake orders can not be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
All pre-orders not collected or cancelled within 24 hours of collection will be charged for in full.
Perishable goods such as cupcakes cannot be returned.
No perishable goods may be returned to store within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our team members will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours, and will normally respond to your request within 5 business days. If your complaint is complicated or requires further investigation our response may take additional time to finalise.
