Poor customer service
I went to pick up the cupcakes to be informed a delivery driver had called in sick and they were running late. I asked for them to be delivered but they refused, I was told it would be another half an hour. They arrived an hour and ten minutes later and I was late for my own baby shower. It was really disappointing because the girl that served me was incredibly rude and was not apologetic at all.
