Ordered 1 Anna Doll cake and 1 Elsa doll cake, both looked beautiful. The dolls can be used to play after the cake is eaten

Was to collect at 10am.
Driver running late cake not ready to pick up until 11am.
Very rude shop manager…
Was not helpful at all, was well, “what do you want me to do the cakes not here “? ??
Extremely disappointing experience ..
We even called the day before to make sure we could pick it up on time.

My daughter chose this for her 4th birthday and LOVED it!! It was so moist and delicious and I don’t usually enjoy chocolate cake. Thank you, we all enjoyed it!!
