Worst presented cake of seen, no apologies for it. Upon opening cake it wasn’t centred, had two dents on it, smudged against box. And to top it off they said how I handled the cake knowing very well it was damaged while it was been delivered

It was too much sugary that no one ate more than half spoon,definitely spoiled my kid’s birthday and felt me shame in front of their friends and our guests
