I recently had the pleasure of ordering cupcakes from The Cupcake Queens, and I must say, I am always impressed by both their exceptional customer support and the exquisite quality of their product presentation. From the moment I placed my order online, the customer service at The Cupcake Queens went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless and delightful. When I collected my cupcakes, the store staff (Williamstown) were amazing! Hand delivering the cupcakes to my car and sharing guidance as how best to transport them. I was blown away by the attention to detail in their presentation. Each cupcake was meticulously decorated, showcasing not only the skill of the bakers but also their dedication to creating a visually stunning product. The colors were aligned to the theme (Breast Cancer Awareness Event), the designs were intricate, and the overall aesthetic was simply beautiful. Not only were the cupcakes a feast for the eyes, but they were also a delight for the taste buds. Overall, I cannot recommend The Cupcake Queens highly enough. Their amazing support, combined with their top-notch product presentation and delicious cupcakes, make them a standout choice for any occasion. I will definitely be returning for more sweet treats in the future!

The cupcakes arrived prior to scheduled time. I realised the driver was in front of the venue because I got an email, and ran out side to meet him. They were in boxes well presented and will not damage. He told me they didn't need to go into the fridge for 24 hours so they were just perfect to have arrive prior my event without the fear they will go off. They looked great.

Amazing cupcakes- always a crowd pleaser. Never any left over and people sheepishly ask for seconds. Only feedback is the ordering process. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone after trying half the day and no one called me back. Submitted an online enquiry but did not get a particularly helpful response. Online ordering is easy but pity I couldn’t change a couple of the cupcakes to the vegan options. When I went to pick up The order they had sold out and had to travel to the city to find some.
