I was getting cupcakes sent to a clients office and they left them downstairs in common area. When I called the Cupcake Queens they were very unhelpful

Lovely cake

Parents loved the taste of the cake. Kids loved the Elsa cake. Tad hard to cut because of the shape. But overall would get the cake again.

I ordered my cupcakes as a thankyou for a team of very special nurses who had cared for my mother . The closest pick up point was closed and without hesitation, I was offered free delivery within the same time frame as the pick up time I had wanted. Great customer service and fabulous cupcakes
