I didn’t receive no cupcakes

I’ve ordered mini dinosaurs cupcakes and blue bday cake for this Tuesday 6th of June for my sons 2nd bday. I hope it gets delivered that day as ordered to be delivered that day!

Cakes were delicious, beautiful taste and texture. The toddlers loved the bright colours and playful design of the dinosaur characters on top. Staff at the stall in Moonee Ponds were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks they should get kids party cupcakes for you guys. Thanks to all of your team for helping to make our little guy's 3rd birthday such a success.

Cupcakes were nice but service was terrible

Whilst the actual cupcakes were nice I was not happy with the service - I paid for delivery and then got a call telling me my order was ready for pickup. I had to reshuffle my day to pick the order up and even though it processed through the website as delivery I was told by head office via the store that I had selected pick up (even though it was processed as delivery and even this feedback form says delivery). Felt like they tried to put the blame on me when it was not the case - didn’t feel very “customer first” or customer-focused!

Delicious, cute little cupcakes ordered for a kids birthday when I had no time to bake or go and pick up a cake. Delivered to the door, right on time. The children (and the adults) devoured them. There was even a small fight over the T-Rex ones. Thank you!
