Ordered the princess cake and matching cupcakes for my niece’s 4th birthday. The smile on my niece’s face was priceless! She and all her friends loved the cake and cupcakes. Wished it came in an adult size so the adults could enjoy also. Highly recommend The Cupcake Queens as they are always very professional and they go that extra mile to answer questions and provide an overall great experience and service from start to finish. Very disappointed

My mother purchased the princess cake and 12 princess boxed cupcakes for my 21st birthday on Sunday for high tea at the Langham in melbourne. When we opened the box to cut, we all were utterly stunned at how small the cake was, how it was going to feed 12 people (we only had 10) and for such a little cake how it was for so much money !!! Not only that ….. the cake was on a lean and later fell over before we cut it.
Disappointed was an understatement, we/ mum and I have bought cupcakes many times before from the cupcake queen and have had nothing but a great experience with the service and the product, but this was beyond disappointing.
