I was looking to this so much but the experience we received was just disappointing at best.
Our order somehow was ready on a different date. After calling (no ring and unable to leave a message as mailbox is full) I went to the store 3 times to have the problem fixed and make sure we were going to have a cake for my daughters 1st birthday party.
When we picked up the cake, the icing was cracked in 2 places. I wouldn’t have minded to much, but after all the dramas ‘it was the icing on top of the cake’. The cake it self was lovely however, after going through all the dramas and receiving a cake with large cracks in the icing. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing a cake from here again.
