First of all I received notificvation that my order was picked up when I had not attended to pick up my order. When I called, I was infomred that the Frankston shop will be contacted and if I did not hear from "The Cupcake Queen" then the order has not been picked up. REALLY! - Not I will call you back to update you - but no call means all good - or it may mean that you did not call or it may mean that we gave your order to someonbe else>

I now have received the survey regarding a product which was one of two things that I ordered.

CONCLUSION: Your cupcakes are good but so are the cupcakes from your competition but this lack of communication is astoundingly poor - so what is your difference other than providing customer FRUSTATION.

Beautiful cupcakes and were well received at the baby shower. Thanks so much for making it so easy to order and pick up.

Unfortunately I asked for half chocolate and have vanilla, but received all vanilla. The notes on the booking need to be read carefully.

Mini Baby Feet - Pink

I didn’t do much for my baby shower, I had lots of help to organise.. but I did order little pink feet vanilla cupcakes by myself! Delicious and fresh. I had them delivered and was very happy with the taste and presentation for my day on the 5th of March!!
