Disappointing

The thing i love the most about Cupcake Queens is that you feel special when they are delivered in that beautiful bag. I paid over $100.00 for my delivery and the box was nearly dropped on the front door step by the delivery guy. No bag. Just a box with tipped over cupcakes. If they had been in a bag, this wouldnt happen. This makes me now decide not to send as gifts to staff and friends anymore. If you are going to cut corners on your packaging i suggest you reduce your prices. This is really disappointing.
