Too sweet even for 6yo!

I hardly ever purchase our children’s birthday cakes as I enjoy the challenge of making them however, due to a busy work schedule, I needed to outsource. The delivery was smooth and great that cake can be tracked. Presentation was perfect, blue was definitely brilliant and worked beautifully with the superhero cake toppers I used. Cake size was a little smaller than I expected.
Unfortunately the other main reason I rarely outsource cakes happened again - icing is much too sweet, even for our 6yo and most of the party children ate around the icing. The cake was dryer than I had hoped too. Thankfully it didn’t have a packet mix taste.
