Batman Cake

I ordered the Batman cake for a surprise birthday party and it was amazing! Absolutely delicious, excellent communication throughout and well priced.

Cake is more like a mini cake, the pics make it look alot bigger - the dimensions are listed so check them! The cake itself looks exactly like the picture, the cake was delicious. Very filling, slices could easily be cut in half.

This is a striking novelty cake but it was MUCH smaller than it looked online. I would describe it as a mini cake. The dimensions are listed on the site but visually it looks bigger. If you are reading the number of adult serves (12), it also gives the impression of a larger cake. Even the shop assistant, who said the cake looked fabulous (which it did), admitted that many people are surprised by the size. What is good about this cake is the convenience of being able to get it so close to home and not pay $$$$ for a larger custom cake. Having said that, I expect more from a mini cake with a pricepoint of $65. I think if it could be upgraded to a 'small' cake or pricepoint lowered to $45 it might be more reasonable an offering. I appreciate the Cupcake Queens brand and we often frequent our local pop-up store for coffee and cupcakes but I'm sad to say that this cake didn't quite align with our experiences with CQs other products. I hope this helps improve the Batman Cake offering.
