Ordered for a 10am Sunday pickup and arrived at 10:05, only to be told the order hadn’t arrived yet and they weren’t sure when it would, possibly around 10:30, and that I’d receive an email. No email ever came, so I drove back at 11am and it was finally ready. Still never received any update, just an Apple Pay notification at 12pm saying it had been dispatched.
Given they had my details, a simple courtesy call to let me know there was a delay would’ve made a big difference, especially since I live 20 minutes away.
Also, because the product page didn’t mention any flavour, I assumed the cake pops would be vanilla (or at least a mix) since they had a white chocolate coating. Instead, all of them were chocolate, which wasn’t ideal.
